I am a Los Angeles-Based Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. My passion is to optimize your health/ human performance through movement, education, and inspiration.

My fitness journey began in high school, where I balanced my passions as a track and field athlete and a violinist. I dedicated hours into both pursuits, achieving success through training and practice. However, the demanding schedule led to injuries and chronic pain. Over the years, I delved into the world of rehab and fitness, gaining valuable experience along the way. It was here that I discovered the power of prioritizing strength and movement quality. Just like in my past endeavors, I found that progression is the key to overcoming physical and mental obstacles.
