My fitness journey began in high school, where I balanced my passions as a track and field athlete and a violinist. I dedicated hours into both pursuits, achieving success through training and practice. However, the demanding schedule led to injuries and chronic pain. Over the years, I delved into the world of rehab and fitness, gaining valuable experience along the way. It was here that I discovered the power of prioritizing strength and movement quality. Just like in my past endeavors, I found that progression is the key to overcoming physical and mental obstacles.

I’ve always had a love for movement since I was young. I became a multi-sport athlete at the age of 5 and have always explored different ways to move outside of basketball. What sport brought to me was so much more than the physical – it was the mental and spiritual confidence I developed with it. You could say that sports are the gateway activity to honing in on your own self-development.
